How is pricing handled?
Every engagement is priced by scope: per project for one-off work, or a monthly agreement for ongoing support. After our initial call we send a clear quote.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. We provide on-site support in and around İzmir; much of the work can be done over a secure remote connection from anywhere.
We have our own IT team — can you still help?
Of course. We can support your team on specific projects, security reviews or during busy periods.
What do we talk about in the first call?
Your current infrastructure, the problems you face and your goals. At the end we agree on the most sensible place to start.
