Data processed
The name, e-mail address and — optionally — phone number, company name, topic and message you send via the contact form. To prevent abuse, the IP address of the submission is stored in an irreversible hashed form for no more than one hour.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and discuss the service you asked about. The legal basis is KVKK art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to entering into a contract) and art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest).
Transfers
Form messages are delivered by e-mail through the mail servers of the site’s hosting provider in Türkiye. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Retention
Messages are kept for a reasonable period after your request has been handled, and in any case no longer than required by law, and then deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or social media tracking. All files, including fonts, are served from the site’s own server.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and who it was shared with, request correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@ousconsulting.com; they are answered within 30 days.
